      Worst training esp in the MPM department no help at all no training if given training. They would only train for 5 mins before a phone call comes in the way where the managers had to step away. And this happens every time there’s training

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
