      Pros

      Interesting travel opportunities if you push for them. Resonable range of work available. Mostly, very nice genuinely helpful people. Next to Bournemouth airport - so you can often watch the red arrows! A wealth of knowledgable senior design engineers who are always happy to help when needed

      Cons

      No obvious career progression. A lack of feedback on a job done well. Expectation of young design engineers to do the most uninspiring work for years. Linked closely to the global steel and aluminium industry. So watch out for your job in the ressession.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
