      Pros

      A stable company with some opportunities for growth and development. Hiring process ensures certainly personality traits are selected ensuring uniform people types

      Cons

      Oftentimes slow to react to changes wrt salary / promotions etc. Can be quite bureaucratic at times; with sometimes few chances to get rotated or moved to another role.
