      Pros

      Shell provides an amazing work culture where work life balance is a focus. While you get good opportunities within Shell to grow yourself professionally, you also get a quite descent compensation/salary here.

      Cons

      There is almost no drawback. Shell being an energy company predominantly, you may feel a it bit lagging on IT best practices.
