      Pros

      Great benefits if you know how to take advantage of them. I saw lots of people grow their careers, some departments more than others.

      Cons

      Some management focuses on the wrong things, are maybe are not meant to be in management, is great people company, I guess your always one or two bad apples in the bunch

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
