      Pros

      Great opportunities if willing to relocate. The range of jobs and the variety of works mean that if you are willing to relocate you can have a great career.

      Cons

      The reverse can be true. If you are unable to relocate then you run the risk of redundancy. Shell often pick low cost economies to situate work.
