Pros

Great company that is growing still at 50% year on year, this will allow opportunities to be created for people to grow within the company. I have moved internally as well as some of the other guys I have worked with. Shares have been good - cant believe the naivety of another user on here saying you have to stay to get to sell them - yes you do have to earn them! My biggest plus has been the quality of people they hire, I think I must have slipped through the net! They hire the best so anyone who does get hired take it as your one of those! And this will then have the effect on your marketability later on. They have just taken on a new office in Staines down the road from the Egham one with 3 times the floor space and opened a new office in London. A real statement of growth.

Cons

Its a fast based software company with a fast growing customer base - this brings challenges! These challenges and pressure isnt for everyone and if your coming in at the bottom you will have to graft to get up to the next level. You need to talk to Americans!!!

Pros

Free snacks Leadership opportunities Stable work given current ai market You can get challenging engaging work but it comes at the cost of putting in extra hours Smart and helpful people work here

Cons

Work can a bit boring if not on something cutting edge Dev experience is pretty bad, moving xml files around that contain the actual code, proprietary low/no code platform to build products Full of Indians, diversity is a joke in engineering. It feels like a cost cutting measure more than anything else tbh Very much a checkbox mentality when building products instead of long term thinking with quality and usability Doubts about upper leaderships navigation during rise of ai Pay is nothing near what it should be, especially after stock dropped almost 40% yoy Certain internal processes are difficult for no other reason than we made them like that, lots of reaching out to people for rqts, signoffs, adjustments etc
