Pros
Opportunity to work at a major tech site. Exposure to protective services and operational security environments. Some team members were committed to doing the work correctly. But the good ones generally leave.
Cons
The culture within leadership was deeply toxic and exclusionary. Despite understanding that contract transitions are challenging, it became clear over time that professionalism was lacking at the leadership level. The environment felt like a “boys’ club,” where individuals outside of favored inner circles were treated unfairly or dismissed. As a woman working in PI operations, I consistently performed my role as expected, took on additional projects, and worked collaboratively with my team to ensure alignment and productivity, yet this was not equally recognized or supported. Leadership behavior and workplace dynamics were unprofessional and inappropriate, which significantly impacted morale and trust. Advancement and hiring practices appeared inconsistent and did not always align with professional or merit-based standards.
