Pros
Health Insurance is cheap for the employee only if you work in healthcare but until you have been there a year, your family has to pay $ 150 plus each payday to insure them.
Cons
You basically have no life as a flex officer even though you are scheduled for 40 hours. If you are not scheduled, they will call you at 3 am to be there by 6am and call you at 5pm for you to work graveyard. If you happen to be out of town for a weekend and you don't go in, they write you up and retailiate. I was a flex officer and was made to stand out and walk in the rain and cold because it was taking so long to get my shots so I could be inside with patients and came down with the flu. I went to the doctor who put me out a few days and they were mad and terminated me. Obviously, the client doesn't know that they are sending officers in sick to make their patients sicker. You get the run around and supervisors and lead officers and the branch treat you super bad.
