Pros

They will hire just about anyone at this point and give nothing but false promises and lie about your potential compensation. If you are connected to upper management or get "tapped" then you will do well.

Cons

Nepotism does exit here and it's a growing business. You have unethical management that blatantly break the company's policies. Capped commission for inside sales people but not for outside. Less than 4% of internal candidates get promoted each year. Work life balance is skewed because although you get an hour for lunch, they expect and even tell you to eat for 10 minutes and get back to work. Earning potential is nothing but false promises due to shady leadership and clawbacks. They claim culture eats strategy for breakfast but clearly someone pissed in their coco puffs. Culture is nonexistent, especially with the company trying to go public. Upper Managements Moral compass is upside down at best. Client issues are at an all time high due to lack of execution and this years GMQ displayed the negative impact on the ability to execute. The company as a whole is not all bad, but the problem is that they are trying way too hard, getting way to desperate, and completely loosing that vision they had 16 years ago as a sacrifice to make more money. I will leave you with this...if you like to control your destiny and your career, this is not the place for you...here is why...you can come in, do all the right things, exceed all expectations, and unless they hand pick you - you will not have a fair and equal opportunity.
