Business Outlook

Pros

* Lots of experience in various technologies and environments. * Working with some of the most intellectual brains in the industry. * Set your own hours. * Set your own PTO. * Fully remote. * Minimal travel required.

Cons

* All questions are dumb questions. * Managers are former pentesters that were promoted, but they have no formal training in leading or managing. This leads to awkward and unprofessional one-on-one sessions as well as lack of feedback and no real incentive to perform any better than average, at best. * Tribal knowledge is only shared among elite cliques. * Turnover
