      Pros

      Gartner leader for MSSPs, competitive pay and amazing benefits through Dell. Incredibly smart people everywhere you look on the technical side. Opportunities are there in the sales org if you are hungry for them.

      Cons

      Very limited marketing budget and lack of direction with inside sales org. Sales teams felt very siloed at times. Not much sales enablement to speak of.
