Cons
In a market segment that experiences high organic growth, this company seems to have a challenge to exceed the avg growth metrics despite being a consensus leader in the space. It is really hard not to hit your targets in this market vertical, you should be tripping over revenue and have to turn down leads that aren’t big enough. Very little diversity and leadership doesn’t seem to acknowledge and almost tone deaf on topic. Most of the upper ranks have got there through seniority as opposed to leadership qualities and potential. Most execs have never been a part of a bigger company so they don’t seem to understand how to run a company this size and how to scale for additional growth. Mind boggling decisions at times by leadership. Everything is a good idea and very little is ever stopped or reprioritized to allow for the really good ideas to be implemented the right way. Back office corporate functions are run with minimal resources to keep light on. Company external communications and marketing are not very polished. Confusing product / SKU offering, just look at the website. Core systems to support MSS are primarily legacy from prior acquisitions and on life support. Really needs acceleration from next gen platforms. Any dependency on Dell (prior acquirer) is super painful.
