New management team brought in 2016 that does not hold values of the CEOs corporate culture. This new management team is bringing in their personal friends forming nepotistic relationships. They devalue current employees in such a way that they are either being driven out, laid off with packages or just leaving the company. These managers are insecure by controlling so tightly that innovation is limited all while not at all understanding core project demand on resources and project scope. PMI project management theories are not being utilized by PMP certified people and not adhering to PMI ethical agreement to certification.
