      Niche Player, small company feel - lots of people step up to help when you have an issue. Great SOC, good staff, training and framework - SCWX definitely build the best analysts.

      Cons

      'Siloed development' disconnect between product management and engineering vs what the customers wants / needs are. Company vision is not always made clear.
