      Internet security is a hot area now Open and Honest Communication

      Cons

      Dell has acquired the company and has no idea how to run a Security company The best talent in the company is leaving The overall integration between Dell and SecureWorks is messy The formerly wonderful corporate culture that was present before the acquisition is quickly dwindling away as the Dell Big Company culture creeps in
