      Pros

      New MD is hands on, providing a much needed shake up. Some good senior management and engineers.

      Cons

      Lack of investment from group and too much cost cutting over the last few years, making it difficult to grow or invest for the future. Too few people and support lead to a generally bad work / life balance.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
