      Good atmosphere, good management. Most associates have been there a while and know how to consistently build a good product.

      Long commute if you don't live in Clinton.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
