      1. Great Management - trained and caring 2. Great people 3. Lots of opportunities for everyone to learn and grow in their career. 4. Working flexibility- hybrid/ remote 5. Generous Benefits 6. Ability to have a say in the work you do. 7. Lots of offices 8. Competitive salary

      1. Södertälje is a bit far however they kind of make up for it with the flexible ways of working and many office locations

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
