      You don't have to do anything while gavong the job.

      Cons

      Majority of the employed are incompetent even managers. It's a company for people that don't want to work because you don't really work hard here. Culture is the worst. Colleagues will not respect each other or have any collaboration skills.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
