      To get skills in automotive SW development

      Cons

      There is a push from the higher management to work with MAN which is a low cost brand which is spoiling the culture. Adoption of SAFE means you will be sitting in meetings that last several days with practically no work being done. Nobody listens to your expertise; you are there to only implement what your manager tells you.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
