      Nice atmosphere and colleagues to work with

      Low salaries in engineering and almost no way to upgrade salary once employed apart from the strict yearly revision (a few percent pre-decided by the collective agreement)

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
