Its culture hasn't changed in 70+ years (maybe more) ...even things like communications still happen in deep silos and the messaging is pushed from one layer to the next, meaning the same message gets interpreted and shared very differently, depending on who your manger is and how they (and their manager) interpreted the message. Also, leadership is more about who's in a senior role, and not about living values and walking the talk.
