      - Great place to work, you have a lot of freedom to do your job; - As a Swedish staple, hierarchies are practically no existent, people are humble and really listen to you; - Great work / life balance.

      Cons

      Not the greatest sallary in Sweden, could be better.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
