      Attractive employer Good work-life balance Friendly workplace

      Cons

      Not a very dynamic place to work mostly a slow-paced work environment. Lack of Individual Accountability. Very few learning opportunities for growth. To receive a cash bonus every year you should be an employee for 5 years. You receive a bonus only from the 5th year of joining the company.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
