      Pros

      Great team of people in HR! Best thing about working for Scania.

      Cons

      * No way to progress * Well underpaid and will not review salaries * Ideas not listened to or explored * Women are not listened to at Board level - Mens club mentality * Systems are poor and will develop them in order to have a functioning HR database * Went through 2 rounds of redundancies - Survived and was with the company for 4 years and didnt even get a leaving card - This just shows how much the management respect or value the team.

      Pros

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
