      Pros

      I was working as a development engineer for the bus development. I had nice colleagues but older than me and mostly men. It’s a safe job, and quite predictable. Many possibilities of development. They invest in you.

      Cons

      Not very creative, burocratic at times, everyone that works there the are in the Scania bubble.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
