      Head office is in Milton Keynes, so unless you want to relocate there is less chance of promotions

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
