      Car scheme, salary, great prospects if you're a balding, middle-aged man who has never thought an original thought and is willing to focus on the 'bottom-line' above everything else including the company's core values - sorry core platitudes.

      Cons

      Everything but the car scheme and salary. Company needs dragging into the 21st century.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
