Low wages - Scania pays less than the average employer in Stockholm. Poor wage development - 2-3% is standard, you get more if you climb the career ladder. Focus in Södertälje - Great if you live there, not if you don't... Lots of rotation of people - Due to the three above reasons... Lots of 'corporate politics' - Hard to get people to take responsibility, many managers prefer to shove issues on other managers.
