      As it is a global company, the salary is slightly above average

      Unnecessary pressure by management. High turnover of skilled labor in order to lower the salary cap.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
