      The middle managers are not competent enough to lead technical teams. Senior leadership flips flops and changes direction too often

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
