SDB - INDIA Review - Anonymous employee Savino Del Bene Employee Review

SDB- India is not at all employee friendly company. SDB india HR is so arrogant to talk even with their employees that even employees thinks 10 times before talking to HR. sometimes in operation issue HR interfares in same. HR is so over active to cut the employee salary without explaing the reasons. SDB system is so slow & it is i guess the slowest system in the industry. Management seems knowingly ignores some decisions which are employee beneficiarry or friendly.
