Pros
Good training in the beginning. Great place to gain a good sense of work ethic. Can move up if you show passion for the company, or you're Italian.
Cons
Management tends to overwork employees, giving multiple accounts that require a lot of attention to one employee. Billing of clients is a very tedious job that needs to be done at the end of every month for every service you provided. Promotions/Raises are very rare/small.
