      Pros

      Unbelievable wage without experience needed. Good training, friendly co workers, easy going supervisors, lots of different shifts day and night, lineancy in breaks.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, unequal distribution of shifts, lots of hiring which cuts even more shifts for training purposes. Bad communication between upper and middle level management. White segregation in favour of the Asians.
