Business Outlook
Pros
The company pays well and has great health benefits. It's a laid back culture and the company host plenty of employee appreciation events (non monetary). They're one of the few company's that continue to host off-site holiday parties.
Cons
The Dallas location is small and there's little room for career growth. The company does not offer training or telecommuting options. And, you're made to feel like you can't make a mistake. Often times they hire from the outside rather than promoting within.
