      Pros

      Everyone have a pretty nice mission to believe, because Santillana wants to offer better educative tools for schools. Relationship with workers is (was) so close and friendly. Very interesting training programs.

      Cons

      New managers are just interested in the commercial budget, not for the workers or the products' quality.
