      I have to admit that they have a great human resources department, always looking forward to solving any problems the employee might come across

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours No benefits for employees Incredibly strict punctuality (every late arrival has to be accounted for) Anty union policies

      Bonus based on performance. The company always put on events for the employees. Great work environment

      Work long days. And sometimes weekends. Not much room for growth
