Pros

Lots of hours and customers typically tip well

Cons

They have constant issues with turnover because of how much work is put on waiters. There are days when you will work through shifts and not get a break in over 12 hour shifts. Managers don't care if you are sick and puking you better show up or get a doctor's note even if it means you're going to be dripping snot in the food or running a fever. Some of us can't afford $150 to goto the doctor's office for them to tell me I have a cold and to sleep it off just to get an excuse. Responsibilities are constantly piling up and they are shifting more and more work onto waiters to the point where it takes 2 hours to close after the doors are locked.

Pros

I’ve enjoyed my time working at this establishment. It pays well if you do your job well, and my coworkers have always been great. Bad coworkers don’t always last long, normally of their own volition, too. Days requesting off are normally given, and you get a 50% shift meal discount.

Cons

During rushes, managers’ stress can show and may be taken out on you. 50% off only applies to meals under $20 (which is fair but thought would be nice to know).
