      If you want to get on here then you're best knowing someone before you start who's on the inside already!

      Cons

      Once you sign, all your previous experience is null and void - you then to show your competencies the Sanofi way even though you may (and probably will have) more experience than everyone else!

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
