      Great benefits, small territories, decent pay

      Cons

      no leadership, management changes monthly, leadership is self focused and uses the vaccines division as a stepping stone to higher positions, reorg after reorg while tanking two entire divisions and screwing people out of their 401K matches and changing the severence package in the dark

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
