      - Values connections and big-talkers versus leading with good data - leadership is out of touch with reality - entry-level titles are far too high: possible flashpoint for existing staff - Playing catch-up with the industry instead of trying to innovate new technologies

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
