      The job is not rocket science.

      Cons

      The higher-ups don't recognize input from people out in the sales field. They believe that their consulting firms have all of the answers. Often, these firms are wrong. Consequently, employees and shareholders suffer.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
