      Some good people, some good scientific knowledge, people very dedicated to the company

      Lack of leadership, long hours/little work-life balance (many of the "in" people practically live there), very political environment, little recognition/appreciation, poor control of management processes

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
