Above average pay for region. Top health insurance. Well-defined career ladder. The diversity of projects to work on ensured that work never became rote or boring.
Cons
Upper management was never very straightforward in regards to what their Value Incentive Program was truly about. It was explained as looking for cost saving measures by limiting vendors, travel, and other expenditures to save money. Most knew that layoffs would be coming.
