I gathered hands on experience in Accounting/reporting, together with good everyday usage of IT/IS. Although it is a lical gl accounting position, there is potential for international development. My contract is 40h/ week with time-stamping system - this allows me to deduct my overtime as holidays
Cons
Hexal is a large company and one if the big players in the German generics Market - this leads to high demand/ performance expectations. You are specialized in a certain accounting area, otherwise it is not possible to handle the work-load. People leadership comes second to task-achievement
