Pros
Competitive cases, they are interesting pieces but the team and management make it difficult to succeed due to poor planning and tools.
Cons
Terrible work life balance, usually above 80 a week. I was working nearby 7 to 10 PM everyday and always had my laptop in hand. The worst part is the mediocre management who often is too egotistical to get much done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not know anyone in the company that has not been yelled at, ridiculed, or bullied by a higher up.
