*great benefits. at/above industry base salary, fair bonus structure, many holidays, company pension, excellent car choice with all the perks (inc insurance, tax and petrol - a significant saving) *great career opportunities *great work/life balance *friendly, open and well educated colleagues *excellent working conditions in general *very fair - work hard and you are rewarded
Cons
+ some managers/employees dont adhere to the companies values and behaviors +systems need to be upgraded +performance management too +less bureaucracy around decision making would be good (too many people involved)
