Building relationships with residents and working with an ever changing and great team of healthcare assistants from all walks of life
Cons
Lack of support from management sector and no gratitude or praise shown to staff, expected to cover absent colleagues without recompense or thanks. Wages docked if you click on one minute late you lose 15 minutes pay yet overtime is not paid even if you stay behind half an hour! Puts you off rushing into work.when you are running late as you know you will not get for fully anyway.
