7yThanks for the review and thanks for your feedback around our terms. We’re currently consulting with staff regarding a review of terms due to the multiple sets of terms that we are currently operating. Our intention is to operate a fair set of equitable terms for all staff, one of which includes the proposed removal of paid breaks as not all staff currently benefit from this entitlement, with staff being offered the opportunity to increase their contractual hours if they wish to do so.
We’re also very sorry to learn that you don’t feel supported in your role, and as you’re a current employee would encourage you to discuss this with your local HR Business Partner as soon as possible.
